From La Ceiba:
Taxi and transfer service are available from the city of La Ceiba (40 minutes).  In addition, there are ferry services from the bay Islands of Utila and Roatan.  Taxi and transfer service are available to/from the main ferry terminal.
Hedman Alas Bus service connects La Ceiba with San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa and Copán.  Taxi and transfer service are available to/from the Hedman Alas terminal in La Ceiba (40 minutes).

From La Ceiba (Goloson) International Airport:
La Ceiba’s airport receives direct, local flights from San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa, and The Bay Islands.  International flights arrive from Canada and The Cayman Islands.  Rio Santiago Nature Resort offers free land transfers for our guests to and from La Ceiba International Airport (30 minutes). 

From San Pedro Sula (Ramón Villeda Morales) International Airport:
San Pedro airport receives direct flights from the US cities of Houston, Dallas, Atlanta and Miami.  Santiago Nature Resort is happy to arrange local flights to La Ceiba airport (30 minutes), or land transfers (2.5 hours) from San Pedro to Santiago. From the gateways of Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula or Roatan it is a 30 minute flight to La Ceiba International Airport.

Driving Directions:

To drive to the Resort from La Ceiba, head west on CA-13 (towards Tela).  Just after the town of Santa Ana there is a bridge over the Rio Santiago River. Just before the bridge turn left onto a dirt road. (km 87)  The Resort is 5 km from the highway at the end of this road.  This drive is approximately 40 minutes. 
To drive to the Resort from Tela or San Pedro Sula take the main coastal highway (CA-13) east toward La Ceiba. Shortly after passing through the town of La Masica you will cross a bridge over the Rio Santiago. Turn right on a dirt road immediately after the bridge. The Resort is 5 km from the highway at the end of this road. The drive from Tela is approximately 1 hour and it is approximately 2.5 hours from San Pedro Sula. 
To drive from Tegucigalpa, drive to Tela and follow the above directions.
